As we look forward to the 2022-23 school year, we will have openings on the MPA Board that need to be filled.
Vice President – West – Shall serve as the lead representative of the MPA for West and shall act in all cases for and as the President in the President’s absence
Treasurer – Responsible for of managing the financial assets of the organization, including oversight and the annual budget process.
Ways and Means – West and STEM – Oversee the coordination of all operating and student account fundraising activities (except Food Services), and they shall approve all invoices for merchandise sold in fundraising activities.
Secretary – STEM – Provide minutes from each Board meeting prior to the next meeting of the Board for approval by the Board, and they shall provide minutes from each school based or general membership meeting.
Financial Secretary – East, West and STEM – Receives, records, and deposits the funds received by the MPA at the school level and records any outgoing expenditures from the individual programs.
