The Chester County Hospital sent out a message recently that they could use donations of several items, including gloves and sanitizing materials. If you’ve ever volunteered in the Downingtown High School Concession Stands, you know the Music Parents Association is very serious about keeping things safe and sanitary. For that reason, we have supplies on hand and thought we could donate to the hospital our unopened gloves, sanitizers and bleach. Even though these are food-service gloves (not for surgical use), they are perfect for the others in this time of such short supply. In fact, volunteers were wearing them to remove donations from the car! From one volunteer group to another, Downingtown High School Music Parents Association is happy to help others in our community.
